1. Services

Mockuphives provides 3D product rendering, product mockup creation, ecommerce image editing, and photoshop mockup services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments

Payment is required before project commencement for direct bookings. Fiverr orders are governed by Fiverr’s payment terms. Rush fees apply for 24–48 hour turnarounds.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights to all delivered work. Mockuphives retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Revisions

Revision rounds are as specified in each package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $20/hour. All revision requests must be clearly communicated in writing.

5. Delivery & Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late client-provided assets.

6. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If the delivered work substantially deviates from agreed specifications, we will revise at no charge. No refunds are issued after 14 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mockuphives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
